The successful candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced dynamic environment, must be able to clearly and concisely communicate recommendations and conclusions with the support of detailed analysis and sources, and will be asked to regularly to participate and lead cross-functional teams (internal and external to procurement) in support of initiatives throughout the organization.
-Manages projects, typically from initiation through delivery; coordinates and leads cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity to ensure project completion on time and within budget
-Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project; typically responsible for large sized or complex projects and significant components of multiple projects
-Provides subject matter expertise in regards to problem definition / solving, and analytics; Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations
-Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contributes to organizational goals and strategic intent
-Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications
-Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews
-Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources to complete programs and projects on time
-Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
-Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
-Impact is on multiple functions or processes and could have global impact
-Consults with business executives (Director & above) on a wide range of issues related to project formulation process, including risk management and new growth opportunities
-Provides thought leadership and contributes to expanding the knowledge base within area of expertise which includes developing new methods, techniques and criteria for developing strategy analysis and recommendations
-Creates new consulting frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital
-8+ years of related experience with MBA or equivalent degree
-2+ years of external/internal consulting experience
-Strong Program Management and Leadership skills
-Skilled at influencing across organizations at all levels; Ability to communicate clearly and present at the senior leadership levels
-Problem solving and analytical thinking
-Ability to manage risk and project decisions
-Proficient in negotiating and conflict management
-PMP Certification a plus
