Role Overview

As a Business Systems Analyst – PE/RPA, you will be part of a hand-picked team that is implementing the digital supply chain of tomorrow at Dell.  You should be comfortable with a fast-paced dynamic environment, be able to translate moderately complex and varied business needs into business process automation application requirements.  You will also define and manage the project scope of automation and other digital supply chain technology, and act as the liaison between IT, business teams, and RPA developers.

Role Responsibilities

-Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams within Dell Global Operation to understand their business need, analyze and assess automation feasibility, and translate into RPA technical design documentations

-Actively manage and drive the project timelines so the expected business outcomes can be realized in the shortest possible timelines

-Work side-by-side with the developer to ensure business units are getting exceptional RPA support throughout the project

-Troubleshoots and corrects RPA related technical issues

-Manage cost and time constraints and perform risk assessments

-Work with the Digital supply chain leadership team to ensure RPA adoption goals and business outcomes are being met

-Support project managers through participating and synthesizing stakeholder interviews


-2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good client interaction skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience, as well as produce clear and concise written documentation

-Strong program/project management skills

-Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

-Proficiency in using Microsoft tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook


-1+ years of work experience (IT, Supply Chain, or Consulting preferred) with Bachelor’s degree

-Master’s degree

-Experience with Robotics Process Automation software

-Supply Chain, Planning or Procurement experience
