Ambassador of Guatemala, Manuel Espina…Manuel Espina is a renowned Guatemalan leader whose career has revolved around the passion to help develop a prosperous Guatemala. He has focused his professional and organizational capacities to develop a platform that serves as connection between great world leaders and his desire to see a prosperous Guatemala. Following his interest, eleven years ago, he co-founded, with the support of well-known Guatemalan leaders and friends, an organization called “Guatemala Próspera”, of which he is president. Guatemala Próspera, Under his leadership, the organization has developed projects to benefit the country, such as, "La Transformación está en mí". Along with (the global leadership guru), Dr. John Maxwell, more than 228,000 people in Guatemala have been trained, without an economic cost, to rethink their conception of ethical and moral values. Welcome letter by Congressman Mike Coffman. Represents the 6th Congressional District… In 2006, Mike Coffman came home after completing a full tour of duty in Iraq and was appointed by Governor Bill Owens to serve out the remainder of his term as the State Treasurer. In that same year, he ran and was elected to the Office of Secretary of State and served in that capacity until he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008. Congressman Coffman is the only veteran in the Colorado delegation and the only Member of Congress to have served in both Iraq Wars. Congressman Coffman represents the 6th Congressional District of Colorado and serves on the Veteran’s Affairs Committee and the Armed Services Committee where he is the Chairman for the Subcommittee on Military Personnel.

In addition, he currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of East Migrant Head Start Project with 40 education centers for migrant children in 14 states along the east coast and the south.
