The Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct patient care services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and understands treatment plan and procedure modifications specific to infancy, toddler, preschool, school age, adolescence, early adult, middle adult and late adult patients. The PT Assistant is responsible for documentation of patient treatments, patient charges, PI data and other information as needed. The PT Assistant is also responsible for the supervision of students, volunteers and ancillary PT staff. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager or Director.
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy; current South Carolina PTA license; prefer one to five years of experience
