The In-Home Consultant/Clinicain is a licensed clinician who provides in-home services in foster care providers homes and works on family dynamics with new or transitioned foster care clients and the biological/adoptive parents, using conflict resolution, behavior interventions and support to prevent disruption.


•Master’s Degree Preferred
•At least a Bahcelor's degree in behavioral health related field
•Independently Licensed in the state of Arizona Preferred
•Current TB test
•CPR/First Aide (Adult and Child)
•Valid Arizona driver’s license (without restrictions)
•Current automobile insurance
•Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during employment)
•Prior community behavioral health experience preferred
•Experience working with foster parents preferred
•Ability to travel within the state
•Preferred Bilingual Spanish


•Knowledge of the foster care system
•Conduct assessments/intakes on new clients, crisis intervention, individual and family services
•Knowledge of child development and family systems
•Conflict resolution skills
•Knowledge of and ability to implement behavior interventions
•Ability to provide clinical supervision to BHP’s
•Ability to travel to other cities/counties in Arizona
•Timely completion of mandated paperwork
•Provide services in the community and home setting
•Maintain productivity standards
•Complete all required training
•Flexibility and ability to manage ever-changing priorities, to meet the urgent requirements of the client/family
•Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
•Effectively use the Electronic Health Record system
•Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries
