Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing person who is confident and engaging to work alongside the Branch Manager in the operation of the Branch Office. Candidates with previous customer service experience, a lively personality and the ability to build relationships have success with Security Finance!

In this role, the majority of time is customer interaction in person and over the phone; a friendly presence and effective communication skills are essential.  We are looking for a customer focused, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining office cash with accuracy and security
  • Achieving account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
  • Ensuring prompt completion of loan applications
  • Ensuring compliance with company record keeping procedures
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
